there actually is such thing as a powerpoint game - you can make shapes that transition to a slide when hovering over them, and turn that into a "make the cursor avoid the moving obstacles" game

You can't disqualify tic tac toe in the basis that it uses a matrix display. If you do that then any game that doesn't run in a crt is not a game, because an oled display is the same as that x and o display. The lights are just a lit smaller.
