Save your work as a .fig file to export the entire figma file, click the figma logo on the top left corner to open the menu then select File - Save local copy. Figma will download a copy of this file to your downloads folder. Import files into figma, open the page in figma, click Import file, select the file you want to import and or drag the file over to figma, start the import process then click Done to return to the file browser if already completed. Besides that, Figma has an auto-save feature that automatically saves your work as you go. So you never have to worry about losing your progress. However, there are some drawbacks to this feature. Example for, If you accidentally close your browser or tab, your work will not be saved. Despite these drawbacks, the auto-save feature is still a great way to ensure you never lose your work.
