Why at the speed of light had no gameplay footage: The song is not actually used in the official levels of the game, but is used in 3 popular fan-made levels. 1:02 - 2:36 “Cataclysm” 2:36 - 4:57 “Bloodbath” 4:44 - 5:48 “Aftermath” Additionally, there is “Bloodlust,” which is a remake of bloodbath that uses 2:30 - 5:48, and “The Apocalyptic Trilogy”(or just “Apocalyptic Trilogy), which is a mashed up and remade version of the original 3 that uses the whole song.

You may not know how the mixing works, but you don't need that to mix your songs. Gain staging, at the very least, is incredibly obvious and every single artist does it. Besides, half the mixing is just the arrangement, and that aspect Dimrain47 got on a very high level.

Geometry Dash's soundtrack isn't made for the game (except for geometrical dominator) but are made by various producers, the game has leeway to create levels and obstacles are judged by the rhythm of the music, easy to play but hard to master is basically the summary of this game. Its community levels are mainly responsible for making the game upwards to global popularity. anyways i recommend deadlocked and clubstep, both are definitely right up the alleys of geometry dash music

I mean GD doesn't really have a soundtrack, you can pretty much use any song on the internet to build a level (officially only with the songs downloadable via newgrounds or from artists featured in the GD music library but downloading an mp3 of literally any song and replacing it with another song in the GD files is really simple so many players use this to make levels with songs they couldn't use otherwise). That being said GD has made a lot of songs that probably wouldn't have gotten much recognition incredibly popular. Artists such as Dimrain, Creo and many many more definitely got a ton of reach through geometry dash which is one of the really cool things about this game.
