I just listened to this episode this week. I love the energy that George Barnes has. One of the biggest takeaway is about the top biller he spoke about and how that Biller is super consistent. That is a separation between average and high performers: being consistently consistent. Also, I like how George talks about being in the office at 6:45am? I think that is nuts but maybe I should implement this. Last takeaway or point is how on Tues/Thurs he finishes late, around 8pm and Mon/Wed at around 6pm, plus early leave on Fridays. Great week plan.

Ridoy, great to see you digging deep into the archives!!! This was a great episode, yep nailing a day play & what works for you is key. One of the biggest areas recruiters struggle with is productivity & time management so it's something to take seriously, we're glad you enjoyed the episode 👊🏻

@@recruitmentmentorspodcast it was around 52:55, it was what you were using also and he liked it better than bullhorn. I will be starting my one man firm and looking at crm's. When I was recruiter last, we used . The Morgan Planner which basically pen and paper lol The talk helped erase doubts I had because the phone was spoken about in high regard. I love the phone, so I know I can win and if I make enough calls even a blind squirrel finds a nut. :)

I know this is an old podcast but curious about one of the points at the end. I'm a Sales Recruiter in Canada (2nd year) and do 70% of my outreach via LinkedIn. It's the main tool I've been trained on and I do like it, although as you mentioned, is very time-consuming. If you're not using LinkedIn, how are you finding the contact information of the candidates you're sourcing? Any insight would be awesome! Thanks!
