George Floyd's brother urges Congress to pass police reform legislation

Saturday marks four years since George Floyd was murdered by Minneapolis police. Since then, partisan disagreements in Washington, D.C., have stalled efforts to pass national police reform legislation. On Thursday, Congress reintroduced the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act.
