Not his most well known song, but you have to listen to listen to his song "Pretty Little Lady From Beaumont, TX" it's a humorous side to George. George lived in the same area I'm from, and Beaumont, TX is a neighboring town known for its historic oil boom...you'll understand the correlation when you hear the song. George was family, sorta. Not to me but my cousin is George's grandson, so his music always speaks to my spirit. Hope you listen and enjoy! Love your reactions, keep them coming.

Thanks Don for playing it for me and yes the theme is kinda confusing, if you want a funny song but sad lol you will know the theme right off the bat, the song is Nothing Ever Hurt Me ( Half as Bad as Losing You ) it's not what you think when you think of a George Jones song you will get a kick out of it!
