I love pork (prefer it over beef, but like lamb the most), and I will definetly try this. Never cooked an onion that way, and had it with a sauce like that. So I'm looking forward to it. // Viever from Sweden.

how do you cook meat in stainless steel at medium heat without it sticking? i was always taught to heat til leidenfrost effect happens. but you started with cold pan and cold oil. how long did you heat your pan at what heat setting? thank you!
