Ingredients (about 2 servings)
About 270 g frozen seafood mix
1/4 onion
1/4 carrot
2 cloves garlic
About 20 ml white wine
A pinch of butter
1/2 to 1 teaspoon shishiri fish sauce
Parsley, salt and pepper to taste
For the rice 
1 cup rice
230 ml chicken stock
5 g butter
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
