Georgia on My Mind - Barbara Dennerlein

In 1989, the Barbara Dennerlein Quartet performed at the "Domicile" Jazz Club in Munich in front of TV cameras. There is a video clip on Vimeo (vimeo.com/24676970) with mono sound. I picked it and tried AI software to separate some instruments and to pan them for a more stereo impression.
In those days, Barbara had already her own Hammond B3 built in a portable case. For some endorsement reasons it was labelled as Hohner, but in fact only the (rotary) speakers are from Hohner.

Barbara I love the Hammond especially the B and C series. Jimmy Smith came for a two week concert here in Johannesburg South Africa in 1978, where we celebrated his 50th birthday. I was employed by the group that brought him out for the concert to be his organ technician, which I did and even got my Jimmy Smith vinyl records signed by him. He played on a B3 and had two of the largest Lesley speakers available to fill the area. I also had to breakdown the system and have it loaded on to a transport vehicle to be taken to the TV studios for a live recording session, then back to the centre he was playing at.
