Wow ! First heard Joe in Noosa[ qld ] walking past a restaurant in Hastings St I heard guitar playing that made stop and turn round to find out who was playing. Was I surprised to see it was 16 year old guy playing solo. His walking bass made me think it was more than one musician. So I later caught up with him at the Noosa yacht club after raving to several of my friends that they had to hear him.We were all there for the jazz festival about 2009 I think. Now all these years later I hear him 'singing' as well and I loved it - hope we hear more of his voice. This is a great rendition Joe !

I've been a huge fan of Joe since i first saw him on the AGT. Since then, 12 years later I still find it hard to fathom his talent. "Smokey" Joe Robinson is a perfect musician as a guitarist and singer. He can really play anything and is very entertaining. It may well be that some listeners believe that he is simply reenacting these covers. You're wrong, he plays these songs like he invented them himself.
