This woman was screwed and facing jail time from the very first lie she told. Claiming she did this at someone else's request wouldn't absolve her of criminal guilt even if it were true, because she still would've been breaking the law because someone else asked her to. You can't get out of prison time for murder by saying someone asked you to do it, even if someone did. If that were possible, organized crime and assassination would both be legitimate businesses. So even that first lie she concocted to try and pin the blame on some non-existent friend was still a confession and admission of guilt.

The trespassing laws in Florida have been the bane of my existence at my second job. I try to trespass people from my store but they sprint off the property before the cops get there. Once off the property the cops can't even give them notice of trespass. They have to be on property in front of the cops. The only good thing is the cops have zero interest in charging me with anything if things escalate. They are just as frustrated with the law as I am.

@@twispi yeah probably. It always ends up worse than just leaving the store and never coming back for them. I live 5 minutes from the store so I am always on the lookout for the problem people and do not hesitate to call for wellness checks or to complain about a disturbance they are causing. I'll even walk up to cruisers and wave to them as they are being taken to jail. I usually end up talking to their elderly parents at some point to explain what their addict children are up to. I feel so bad for the parents. I have even taken extra steps for them to prevent their offspring from going to jail if they have mental issues but my empathy only runs so deep for them. I've had them do the cycle 4-5 times in one day.
