I have been decorating cakes off and on for years, but decorating has come a long way. I have learned, many tricks and tip from you videos as I have started decorating again after a couple of years. I created a "completely naked cake with the sponge revealed for a 16th birthday party. She loved it. I kept it covered on the fridge to keep moist. I was asked to create a semi naked cake for a baby shower. I have not made swiss buttercream because of the time but I am hoping my semi naked cake turns out as straight and smooth as yours with my thinner American buttercream.

I adore your cake style! I am wondering why you don’t use skewers or sticks to support your cake? I’ve always used them. Do I really need to? Also...I noticed your cake is leaning. I’m a perfectionist (I use a level🙄) and it’s probably the reason I don’t sell mine or start my own business for fear it won’t be perfect. My friends say nobody even notices that stuff!! What’s your take on this? Thanks so much!!
