Thanks for another update on this Raj! When it comes to being half the price of the average home in the USA. Do you think they are talking about new construction without the land, or an older house with the land? I like the layout, and I am surprised at the 1500 square feet.

I would live in it. My kids would love. I could see 1 large central building and as many smaller buildings around it or near it. Maybe connecting them together by underground hallways that would help to heat and cool.

I am interested in how well the thermal insulation works. My location get pretty cold in the winter.

The wall cavity is about 10-11 inches. Put some high quality insulation in there & get a higher R value than normal homes in the USA. You'll be set for winter. The structure is a very tight envelope so heat doesn't escape.

Smallest they have at the moment is a 20 foot wide Studio.

20' dome is 11 - 12 foot tall at the center 36' dome is about 20 feet tall at the center.

Not sure what the shipping cost would be off hand. But Geoship has the ability to pack it up & ship it anywhere in the world & assemble on site.

Love them though I'm a professional who got shafted for whistleblower reasons. So I empathize with those who simply have low purchasing power. Please consider a "side hustle" of substantially reduced cost but similar design features. Many folks need better home options and I suspect these designs will be the answer to housing crises. Could one purchase molds and plans for instance and do more labor to get into one on the cheap? Or do you feel aircrete is the answer for such situations for now? Best.
