One of my best friends started listening to you guys a little over a year ago, when I heard the music I was instantly hooked, now most of my friend group listens to thd and I play it at work too! So many of these songs I feel like I wondered why something like them didn’t exsist before. Thd is one of those unique sounds that cannot be replicated by anyone else but you guys. This is the best videoclip you guys ever released, the music is one that I really like from the new album, tho not my favorite. But the real kicker is how well done this is, like, it looks stunning for me, It just looks good and I love it a lot. I think, tho THD has a lot of funny musics and now private skits (at least from the last time I checked), lately things got a bit more serious, and I think this may be an interesting direction, tho still not taking itself extremely serious.

No media directly inspired the colors, but when I went back to New Beverly Cinema recently, I noticed the colored lights on the screen before they show movies were exactly the same colors I wanted when we were filming. So my guess is that and the beat-up movies they show each night all subliminally drove the colors and film grain choices
