Harry you're a kind lad, thank you. I don't, I have an ear for accents so that might be why. Listen to the grammar my friend, that's where the holes are haha!

HI Jen Your words have inspired to me to keep study with Assimil and then try to get B1 as international mention. I am currently in lesson 73 (making bidirectional translation, it includes one lesson of the active phase and one of passive phase). Please be so kind to tell me what international certification that you got : IELTS or TOEFL? thank a lot for your advanced answer. Best regard form Perú

Hello Pav, so I wasn't a true beginner. I'd done German at A level over a decade ago but had only passed through my speaking and was very very lazy as a student! I decided to pick it back up and did around 40 mins a day. It helped me pick up old language and learn new things too. The best way I've found is consistency. Don't rush and don't skip on parts you find hard. Sit and break them down to very basic level until you can understand. Your English is fantastic as well by the way. Take it at your own pace and don't fall for people telling you it took them one minute to learn.

Beeindruckend !
