Ingredients:
500g butter 牛油
200g icing sugar 糖粉
360g cake flour 低粉
500g potato starch 马铃薯粉
4g salt 盐
80g cranberries (optional) 蔓越莓
Each piece is around 10g
Bake @ 160degC for 25 minutes
