I always prefer metal, not sure why, I just like how paint goes down more. Thanks for watching :D

@@EDSKaR You're welcome! One thing I like about metal, I tend to have a heavy hand whilst dry brushing, & with metal I'm less likely to scrub off the fiddly bits

Metal models are low detail? This is news to me, as I came in just some 5-6 years ago into the hobby I though the opposite, plastic is no detail, metals is where the detail is at. And lovely little models, as for dirty look on the armor, I admit I am partial, I do my orks and most of my things with oils and I love oily black and brown dirt on the armor of any kind.

I think there are a few causes for this. GW keeping old metal models in service, other companies going to metal for cheap low production runs and ral partha (1970s) models showing up all the time on ebay. In the modern hobby, metal models are great, resin models are great, plastic models are great. What a time to be model making :D

It is my own design. I call it "ED-SKaRs overly complicated model holder" as it's probably got the highest part count of any model holder I've seen (And 3 springs!) I have the intention of releasing the files, but I need to clean them up and of course make a video explaining its use XD. Stay tuned and I'll get to it... eventually...
