Long haired German Shepherd owner. I recomend a rake and a slicker brush. Slick daily and rake weekly, have never required a furminator or groomi style brush. My house is pretty hair free. Don't know where you got your info from, but nobody has ever recommended bathing a German Shepherd twice a month. You will strip the oils from their hair and that can cause dry, irritated skin. You can bathe them every 2-3 months if you must, but nobody would, or has ever recommended 24 baths and shampoos a year. I'd personally reccomend 3-4 times a year, unless they have rolled in something that needs to be removed immediately. 99.9% of dirt and dust can be brushed from their fur.

I have a very fealthy GSD girl that is absolutely great for everything except... grooming! She hates brushing, washing (water in the river it's wonderful, apparently), nail clipping and above all: brushing her teeths!!! I try to do it like one thing every other day spread during a week or so but still, every small task I end up more tired than if I go running with her for an hour.

i have an 8 year old german shepherd that was never trained properly for most of her life, i find your videos really helpful. i've got her (mostly) walking to heel and the recall is reasonably ok now. it's true about them being protective of their owners and the need for socialisation

You should start to link the products you are recommending. Amazon has affiliate and influencer programs. Im the US so you may need to look into links for different countries too. Love the videos. I have a 4 month old german shepherd

Maybe we’re very fortunate but our gsd barely needs grooming. We bathe him maybe twice a year u less he rolls in shit. And we brush him about twice a month except when he’s blowing his coat which is daily. You do still get hair everywhere though haha
