German Online Gym i mean complex phrases where the verb changes place sometimes to the end like in this example "Ich liebe es, mit meinem Fahrrad früh am Morgen zu fahren, wenn es niemanden gibt." Why not " wenn es gibt niemanden "?
@Germanonlinegym7 жыл бұрын
Hi again, there are several words, that cause a change in German word order. "dass" for example sends the verb to the end, "weil" is another example and so does "wenn".

"When why how where" (the correct sentence order) in German is: "wann warum wie wo". Notice that these words are in alphabetical order. :) So you can remember the correct sentence order by the putting the four "W" words in alphabetic order, instead of trying to remember TeKaMoLo.
@betulbahceci22726 жыл бұрын
I think tekamolo is kind of confusing because one can forget what te or ka really means. There is a code which is TMP an acronym for time-manner-place. I think it is easier to remember.
@aamirkhan66924 жыл бұрын
This is how I converted it to English Te - Time Ka - Cause Mo - Mode Lo - Location

The indefinite Akkusativ object usually goes after TeKaMoLo: Ich habe gestern zufällig in der Bibliothek einen Mann kennen gelernt. The definite Dativ object usually goes before TeKaMoLo: Ich bin dem Professor gestern zufällig in der Bibliothek begegnet.
