Yeah I'm not into weddings probably because my mom was an event planner until she retired and every time I visited her I was dragted into help for decorating her projects. When My husband proposed I told him let's go to Vegas after we get some paperwork straight (ie a prenup), and we got married in Vegas. Fast forward 4 days when we got home home from a drunken longweekend of... You know- our parents lost their shit, still had to plan a wedding for the family 😂. We were so pissed about the ordeal we decided to get creative. I wore an all black princess style wedding dress and veil and goth make up and he wore an all white tuxedo the kind with ducktail, white Trousers shorts and polka dot bowtie, people were dying from laughter when we stood on the alter, the priest even had a hard time getting through the ceremony, I have our wedding picture blown up to poster size with just two of us in front of the Cathedral door flipping the bird, it goes everywhere we go and everyone always says you guys where made for each other.

The building and diy hobby came when I lived alone for some years and realized I had no one to help me lol so it’s something that kind of came about b/c of circumstances

I used to have a lot to do with weddings professionally, many wedding couples were not sane until after the wedding! 🥴Many said afterwards that it was like a movie until they came back to reality! Maybe that's why I never got married!🤔😂
