📋 INGREDIENTS:
For the celery schnitzel:
• 700 g (about 1 ½ pounds) celeriac
• 750 g (about 1 ⅔ pounds) waxy potatoes
• 3 tablespoons of light spelt flour
• 50 ml (approx. 3 ½ tbsp) water
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 150 g (about 1 ½ cups) Panko breadcrumbs
• Vegetable oil (heat resistant) (for frying, about ½ cup or more as needed)
• 10 g fresh chives (approx. 2 tablespoons, chopped)
• 1 teaspoon salt
For the horseradish sauce:
• 1 mixer
• 1 tablespoon margarine
• 50 ml (approx. 3 ½ tbsp) apple juice
• 200 ml (approx. ¾ cup) soy milk
• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
• 3 tablespoons horseradish from the jar
• Salt and pepper from the mill (to taste)
