THANK YOU. This last weekend my granddaughter and I compared heights and I discovered I am 2 inches shorter than I used to be. I am 77 years old and I will incorporate this into my morning g routine.

That is great! The only thing I would do differently is keep your head looking down at the bed to keep your neck in line with your spine.💕

great idea! A good alternative is a bar to hang on (but that might be too difficult for some folks) or even an inversion table (if you have the room)

I am 66. A few years ago, I got 1” taller than I was in my 20’s. It actually worried me, but was probably from using my pull up/dip station and stretching my spine.

This actually works ! I wasn't doing the excersize your way, I was doing it a ballet way (not a dancer), I was 5'3 all my life. Then after about 3 months I stretches to 5'4 half.

@@swetankmehrotra9059 I'm 57. I did this excersize about 10 yrs ago. I have been dealing with physical issues that prevented .e from continuing on. But now I'm going to back into them. Whenever you feel.a stretch you know it has to do something to your body. 😊 stretch your legs, the muscle causes you to raise tour legs higher, well stretching your back, causes your muscles to raise you up taller. I'm back to 5'3.. 🙄 😆. But it's ok...

A few days ago, I started doing the neck exercises from another of Dr. Mandell's videos. For the first time in my live, I started falling asleep in a few minutes. It always took forever, and then I would wake up many times during the night. Not anymore.

Does this has any strenght limit so that we stretch the join so hard. My tall height remain the same as at when I am 16 years old . I am at good height now , thanks for the new dig out.

The ultimate exercise for this particular issue is hanging, which is the king of exercises to decompress the spine and reduce back pain and getting stronger which feels absolutely awesome an incredible stretch indeed, if you are capable of hanging for 30 seconds twice a day morning and night before bed that's all you need.

Can you help me, I have pain in my left arm between my shoulder, (antebrachuim) elbow no one seems to know why or tell me how to stop from being in pain. I cant sleep on it since it always hurts. I just want to reach the second shelf in a cupboard! However, I’m 4’9”, started at 4’10”, but I’m now 69, have AS and my spine is now fused. I have excellent posture, stretch every day, and no one knows I ache everywhere! Not sure if this will help me now! I used to get decompression at the chiropractor, but suddenly started to feel sick and lightheaded. I suppose it’s because my spine had fused.
