Just did this workout for the second time this week. Started tuesday and today is thursday. Second time was easier to keep up and i did not have to pause the video! i'll be back tomorrow :D

I did week 1 and didn't feel a difference cause I didn't wake up sore hopefully for week 2 I feel the difference

Yandere it really works I finished the challenge but if you want to lose weight I suggest you try a longer work out
