Ok, big brain question. Let’s say that I have a sequence of letters, are there rules that I can use to tell definitively weather or not it is a word that can be pronounced? For example: “asdrain” isn’t a word but it could be, “agdvapm” could never be a word. EDIT: I’m interested in doing this for an other language so I’m not looking for a series of rules that only apply to english but more for some good advice on what to search to find the info I need. Hi Jade. Thanks for the effort. I have a question please, I've noticed many Native English Speakers including yourself adding (R) after words that end with an (A) or a Vowel, like saying (the Idea-r of). Why is that? Thank you.

That r sound in used to prevent two consecutive vowel sounds, thus making more comfortable the transition from one vowel to the other one. If you want to know more about it, look for "intrusive r in connected speech".
