Thank your for the confirmation about the need for cardio in addition to these exercises. Could you please make a video or give your suggestions on how much and what kind of cardio to do if one is trying to gain muscle. Too much cardio can burn muscle also in addition to fat. So how do we strike a balance if the main purpose is to increase muscle mass? Personally I do about 20 minutes of slow running and battle ropes in the morning followed by weight & resistance band training later in the day, but I'm not sure if this is correct. Please advise

To gain a good quality muscle you need good diet with good cardio that you already doing ..you just add muscle training also for 20,25 minutes

Excellent exercises but spot reduction is not possible without adding cardio like jogging & keeping a strict control on your diet
