You hit the nail on the head Mare! Especially with your point on those over the age of 30. Older people have knowledge too give and KZbin is the platform to give it on. And for those who say it's too late I always remember an old proverb "The best time to plant a tree was one hundred years ago. The next best time is now."

I can never understand why grown adults go to the workplace and bully/harass other people. Its sad. Most workplaces are very toxic these days. It’s better to have a skill and work for yourself.

I had a 6’5 white man scream in my face and call me petty because I refused to give him a handshake at my old job. Nobody cared and I was going through a mental breakdown at that point.

I want to start creating content, but when?!? 😅😂 I never have a moment to myself. I want to encourage women to have babies and stay at home, even after 40. Some women think they missed the boat, but by God’s grace and mercy, they haven’t. I just don’t know when. I’m going to figure it out…thanks for this!

I shoot videos when my daughter is napping or on the weekends when both me and my husband are home. I think there needs to honestly be more Black women online talking about being SAHMs. We need to rebuild the family unit and I personally feel that being at home with the children in the early years is essential! I really do hope you start a channel 💗

I needed to hear this. I’m still in my twenties, and every 9-to-5 has been a struggle with crazy jealous coworkers. Sometimes, I hear stories from older people that basically make me understand that the drama never stops, and it’s very discouraging. Why did I get educated and skilled in my field if I’m not going to thrive? What’s the purpose? Right now, I’m working remotely, and it's such a blessing because it keeps the haters at a distance. But I’m looking into doing something independently, whether it's KZbin, starting my own business, or both.

@@healwithmare thank you so much for asking Mare! So sweet of you! I really appreciate it. Everyday, I thank God and my husband for the opportunity to be the one investing into my 3 children for the majority of their day (2 are in school, 1 is home with me). There are days where I do miss the extra income and interactions I had with my coworkers and clients, but for the most part I am very happy and glad I made this decision. Only regret? Not making it sooner.
