If you're really unfit, start with just 1 rep of each exercise and build up from there, any training is better than none. Cheers Bez, you're a legend👍

so true, just do a wee bit so you are happy to do it again. get some protein straight after to fix yourself up. give yourself a pat on the back. Suffering and feeling crap does not mean you are doing good excersize.

I tried to keep up as though a live session but the 30 sec rests are edited too short to do while you watch. So I cant do it as it plays. Can you do an edit with actual live times so can do along 'real time; That would help for me

@@newman447 If the goal is for people to do the exercise at the same time as watching, then yes. But at the time I did think there would be a session every day or so, rather than one a week. So I've written the list down and just do that (as has a mate who is also doing it). In that instance the gap doesn't matter. Wouldn't you get five times as many views if people watch it every day rather than writing it down? If ad revenue is per view...

Awwwww wow! Bez you and Sean are legends mate. Thank you so much for doing this. All the dancing I did in the good ol days have left me with spinal injuries and knee problems, but I’m sure I can alter these exercises a to help myself. Hilarious attitude and it’s proper refreshing to see a real down to earth person getting on with it. Some Happy Mondays tunes would be nice in the background. P.S congrats to Sean’s on the return of his hair, even if it is whispy and curly like baby hair.

Eating oatmeal (porridge) every morning, following along with the exercises from California. I have arthritis and a couple replacement joints. I got fat during lockdown ... now I'm sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. Excited to see a change. Good on ya Bez! Thanks for the motivation, keep it up bruv!

His squats and high knees are solid. I always assess clients with a squat assessment, he did well. Good luck and good work 💪

Nice job Bez ive been of the booze since the 4th done a few days fasting and cut wheat out me diet. My weight was 19.8 stone, down to 18.5 as of today. Going to give your routine a go in the park tomo. How often are you doing this, daily weekly?

This is exactly what I need to start me on my way to getting fitter, I'm 50 now and I am not in the best of shape but well capable of doing something about it and Bez is one of my favourite characters from the old days when I could dance all night and it's great to see him making the effort 😊

I gave up 4.5 years ago after 26 years of binge drinking. It's the best thing I've ever done for myself and my mental health is so much better. It was much easier than I thought. I read a book called 'This Naked Mind' three times. Good luck!

Awww what a legend you are Bez, good on you for getting into shape again, never too late =) getting in good shape is so hard though mentally, finding the motivation to even begin is hard, so well done for getting off yer arse my man! I personally hate working out, but the yoga is sooooo good, top buzz!!!
