I love the fact that Bez has put ON long trousers, hat and gloves now that it's stopped snowing! Great session, and much better to have the 30-second rests included. Can we have the summary screen at the end of the session like the first two weeks?

It's amazing how much weight you can lose by healthy eating and doing some exercise. It takes self dicipline,motivation and it makes it easier having somone to share the workouts with. Well done Bez!!

I like that each week incorporates a few new exercises. It keeps the work outs fresh. The Bez Burpees are my least favorite , but maybe I'll get used to them. I loved when Rowetta and her adorable dogs showed up.
