hey Robert , man I have learned so much from your videos , I have rode soft tails for years and always thought to use front brakes mostly , now I own a road glide , man this bike is way heavier than I am used to and very intimidating especially during stops , your videos have taught me how to properly ride at slow speeds , I go to a parking lot and practice at least 2 times a week just on starts and stops , what a difference , also starting the slow ride and slow u turns , thanks so much man , you have made riding so much better
Hello Robert and viewers. I have commented before and I cannot stress the importance of these techniques and practice. Today while riding to work I encountered a backup on the interstate on Milwaukee due to an accident. I had to navigate around car parts and emergency vehicles at low speed. Habit kicked in and it was effortless. Then while almost to work in Milwaukee another bad intersection accident. I had to navigate again at low speed left the a fairly sharp right around a vehicle, through oil dry areas from the add and then a sharp left again to navigate around a median. After the incident I actually reminded myself there was not issue or panic. I just did it at very low speed. Do the work guys, it will save you from the unexpected. Robert, some day I hope you come to Milwaukee for a class. I’m in.

Thanks for the videos, so much great information. I thought I was a decent rider till I started watching and practicing the correct techniques. Boy what a difference it has made.
Been awhile Robert l live here in Texas so l have to rely on your videos,im alittle slower learning because l did not have the advantage of one on one training but those videos have been a big big help l did what you said to to do most of the time l keep it loaded when practicing my slow riding, slow turns and slow maneuvers .im 76 years old been riding for about 50 years but your videos brought to lite what l did wrong all those years ,l am a much better rider now but more importantly a much safer rider and l enjoy riding alot more. thank you so much Robert you have been a big help
l suscribed,thanks again@@BeTheBossOfYourMotorcycle

I don't have a motorcycle yet. My dad is the rider.. but one day I'll have one. He sends me these videos often and makes me watch them 😂. Every video gives me more and more appreciation for your craft. Your videos should be required for everyone. I do have just a little E-bike, but as I've been picking up more and more motorcycle teachings, my riding has definitely improved over time. They sound apples to oranges, but really an Ebike handles like a really lightweight motorcycle.

Love your videos! I'm kind of a techy, and I don't know why you don't use the word "modulate" when speaking of the friction zones. I mentally compare snap action valves to modulating valves when considering brakes and clutch. Keeps things gentle. For me , at least.

Hey Robert, I know when I'm coming to a stop i need to use the rear brake and be in the friction zone. Do i also need to keep it loaded with the throttle or just use the clutch as my power source. Keep saving lives brother

Would you be able to work with a Goldwing DCT automatic transmission? Your thoughts?

I have, but I don’t recommend it. Neither does Honda.

Hi mate, You wouldn’t have some diagrams to download with distances of cone set ups and manoeuvres to do, tips on how to do them etc in different categories (beginner, intermediate, advanced) so guys like me in Australia can find a car park and solo practice ? I’m also in the industry over here that you have retired from… would be nice to feel safer and more skilled. Can never be skilled enough on 2 wheels. Thanks mate
