Hi coach I have 2 important questions especially the 1st one 1.) During weekdays after school, I only have 2 hours to train (6-8 pm). This is really problematic since I have to work on shooting and dribbling everyday. I can only do one because the shooting drill itself will already take 2 hours. What should I do?? This is really important. 2.) I'm 14, 5'6 1/2, pretty athletic, very fast (but I want explosiveness though), can touch the board, visible 6 pack, a little muscle on chest and nice arms but I think I'm still pretty weak. I weigh approximately 133.3797 lbs but I want to be a lot more stronger so I can drive to the rim. Only a few of us work on our bodies so this will greatly give me an edge. How do I build a legit BASKETBALL body? Thank you!!! I know you'll answer this so that's why I posted it here. ;) The last crossover is sick though! That's one of the 2 crossovers I mainly have. One is the AI crossover for the fake, and this one for blow by.

Nicholas Spielmann dribbling speed and control
@GetHandles6 жыл бұрын
That's like asking how lifting weights is going to help you, because you'll never bring weights on the court. I explain in the video exactly how it will help you. It's done as much or more for my ball handling than just about any other drill out there. Just because it's not a "move" you'll do in a game doesn't mean it won't help.

Nicholas Spielmann Two of the best ball handlers ( Curry and Irving) trains with tennis balls in their workout videos.
@GetHandles6 жыл бұрын
That's not true at all. A lot of the best ball handler in the NBA use tennis ball drills. They develop things in ways that cones or empty courts never will... like reactions, an active off hand, court vision, feel for the ball and much more. I know there's a lot of people out there that say they're not game realistic, but in many ways they're much more realistic than practicing on an empty court (that only happens on a fast break), or against cones that don't move.
