I was wondering if you could make a video on working out while injured. I had surgery on my ACL 4 months ago and I don’t want to tear it again by doing high intensity work outs while it’s still repairing but I also don’t want my skills to go down. Another issue I have is mental barriers, I can’t jump with my left leg and I feel when my knee heals and I go back to basketball I won’t be as good

For the last two days my ball handling has felt really comfortable and natural. It's not normally like that, the only thing I think that makes it feel faster and better is my foot work which I haven't even worked on but still that's the only thing that can think of that might have changed it.

either you havent practiced some fundamental dribbling technique first or you only trained once a week. These moves should come naturally for you now, if you have put the time into them. One advice, practice the through the legs technique with just handingding the ball one hand to another, no dribbling, just the motion of your hands arms. Next step then the full move with dribble, and focus on your hands when switching the ball. They have to nearly touch the ball at the same time during the switch,keep the distance for the transition close....the stuff you trained during step one. Good luck mate, train hard and smart ;)

Footwork bro you need that
@seanandre27366 жыл бұрын
Tell me why guards like Steph Curry scores in bunches. Some of the players tried to copy his game, but they couldn't get it done as effectively as Curry does. Any tips? Footworks or timing to do moves like Finishing over defenders or shooting in other player's faces. Appreciate it, Coach.
