Great class! Good pace. Question. When we interlace our fingers on our low back and come forward, do we lock our elbows? I always struggle with that one.

Do what feels right for your body

Good question! Definitely do what feels right for you, but in general, we do not want to lock the elbows too much. So a tiny, 'micro bend' is good to do in this pose :)
