Most people's skin routine: Put on some cream every morning Cyzz skin routine: run 50 miles
@cyzz_le6 ай бұрын
lol 50 miles is unnecessary, but hopefully it shows that sweating your way to clear skin is definitely possible
@blueicer1012 ай бұрын
he also said 50 miles a week which is like 7 miles a day which is super achievable for any person to work up to. Eating and sleeping enough is obviously going to be the limiting factor in recovery so you can keep up those miles without injury. Injuries pretty much happen only when you break more than you recover. Commonly shin splints occur in skipping/running/sprinting because the force is massive and people don't eat enough calcium/phosphorus, collagen. to repair their respective bones and tendons. It's simply a small buildup of unrepaired bone and then one day something breaks in a major way. Sleep is literally the bodies repair time, mentally and physically.

Absolutely. Gotta sweat it out. Other ways would include drinking more water, using a deciated skin care routine (with exfoliation), and cleaning up your diet so as to not exacerbate the problem.

Do you drink water, etc from plastic bottles? Because I know that has bpa in it. If not then what do you use and what alternatives do you recommend? If you say you use something like a glass water bottle how do you get the water into the glass in the first place without pouring it from a plastic water bottle? Im not too educated on this topic so hopefully my question makes sense.
@cyzz_le3 ай бұрын
No, I drink only filtered tap. Plastic is highly estrogenic (kills test, closes growth plates faster, etc). A reverse osmosis filter is the best, but you can find cheaper ones (less optimal filtering ofc) on Amazon. Ideally, I would be getting all my water from glass bottles from the store (they fill glacier or some other pure form of water directly into glass). But it's a bit too expensive atm.
@WarriorOfYeshua3 ай бұрын
@@cyzz_le I appreciate this, so I have a water filter from my refrigerator, would that be okay? I have been drinking plastic water bottles all my life but I guess it’s time to make a switch.
@WarriorOfYeshua3 ай бұрын
@@cyzz_le If the refrigerator filter isn’t the best option, I will look into a reverse osmosis filter.
@cyzz_le3 ай бұрын
@@WarriorOfYeshua Yes, do make the switch. I think the filter depends on your fridge, but I would compare the taste and color to that of regular tap. If they're about the same (just dif temp), then get a activated carbon filter (cheaper than rev-osm but still very effective). Note that a full lab test is ideal but expensive. Another good thing u can do atm is get a fully metal water bottle.
@WarriorOfYeshua3 ай бұрын
@@cyzz_le Thank you, one last question, would it make a difference if I just pour the water directly from the plastic into a glass cup? I also searched if ozarka (the water brand I drink) contains bpa and it said no because it’s made from PET and not polycarbonate. But I didn’t find any information on whether it contains bps or not though.

Semen retention for clear skin and spiritual energy, some people say it could be bad for test idk but whenever I release i break out within minutes. I use an ice roller on my face, it closes pores, improves circulation, and removes some fat, been doing it mostly for hollow cheeks. I used to have the worst acne. The type of acne that acutane, tretanoin etc couldnt fix. This was like 5 years ago. What i did was stop scrubbing my face with anything. To wash my face i will only do cold water (finish cold) and scrub with my already clean fingers and hands gently. Drink lots of water especially if you eat something oily or sweet. It all starts from the inside, eating good foods will give you a good body, cleaning your face is just treating the symptom not the cause. I currently use ceraVe facial foaming cleanser with hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, ceramide. Paulas choice 2% BHA exfoiliant, and centenella ampoule facial serum. I do cleanser with cold water, scrub with my hands gently, wash, then BHA exf, wait few minutes, cleanser, wash or use ice and wash, then centenella is applied once my skin is dry. I have recieved so many compliments. Its so weird because for a good 4 years of my life people were disgusted with my acne. One time my parents let me wear sunglasses to church because i got a huge volcano on my eyelid, when i popped it it was like 4 packets worth of mayonnaise no kidding, i was 13 then. CeraVe and Centenella are like 15$ each and BHA is like 30? They last a long time though like this ceraVe bottle i got was from 8 months ago and i barely am finishing it i think.

It's real. Your pores have dirt and bacteria in them, and sweating flushes this stuff out. The toxins I mentioned in the vid are just a bonus, most toxins are cleared out by your kidneys.
