You'll need to get creative. Ankle weights are easy to make with sand and plastic bags. You just need to tie those bags onto an ankle strap afterward. For bands, it's a lot harder, but maybe you have elastic material/rope around the house you can use.

Is it fine to do movements like squats, deadlifts, and ohp as long as you decompress the spine afterwards? All the downsides of those movements come from a flattened and compressed spine, so by that logic wouldn't hanging or gravity boots reverse that compression on the discs and decompress the spine?
@cyzz_life
@cyzz_life 14 күн бұрын
That's a good question, I don't 100% know, but I avoid those heavy compound lifts just in case. Hanging and gravity boots do decompress the spine, but once that fluid has been forced out, it takes a lot longer for it to be absorbed back. Repeat this process enough times, and your body will reach a level of conditioning where the discs will stay flatter in anticipation of being squished again. This eventually leads to disc herniation. Similar idea of raising your baseline test and HGH levels by working out consistently.

5-10 lb isn't very much. I used to use 30 lb per leg for a month and didn't see any measurable results. However, I only did it for 2 hrs before bed after my runs. I got time for u brother. You're 14, so you've got time. Focus on sleep and HGH, and the height gains will come. Make sure you're not malnourished or taking drugs. The general equation is dad + mom + 5 inches, then divide by 2. For you, it'd be 5'10.5. But I've seen so many people surpass this number-- it's merely a estimate.

Caffeine in general is bad, so I stay away from it completely. Messes up the circadian rhythm and reduces bone mineral density, so if you're doing the microfracture method, you'll actually grow shorter. That said, if you need it for work or to stay awake and put food on the table, that comes first.

Your body releases HGH upon deep sleep. As long as you're consistent with the time you go to sleep, you should be fine. The main reason sleeping early (8-11pm) is recommended is because there will be fewer triggers (light, temperature) to wake u up at night

12-15% is what you should aim for. Any more than this, and your body produces more estrogen than what's ideal. And as a reminder, more estrogen closes GP faster. My advice is to cut down slow. Find your BMR, drop it by 500 cals, and use that as a daily calorie goal. Should be dropping 1 lb per week

Im wondering how often you should avtively microfracture your bones, like can I microfractures them every day by sprinting? Or should I do rest days and run every other day, because the bone needs time to repair itself just like the muscles. aa
@cyzz_life
@cyzz_life 18 күн бұрын
I'll create a video on this soon. From experience you want to "keep the pipeline full" and encourage constant bone turnover by running or exercising every day. The entire bone healing process takes 2-6 months, depending on the severity of the cracks within the bone matrix, so weekly rest days won't make much of a difference.

I'll be posting a vid tmrw showcasing that growth in your 40s (both for men and women) is possible. Growth past puberty is harder to do, but with the right methods, anything is possible. At your age, i would try to delay GP closure with resveratrol (it's natural) and optimize sleep + HGH. Once you turn 18 or 19, your growth will slow down drastically and you'll have to turn to post-puberty methods.

I think 6'6 would be overkill. 6'3 should be more than enough i guess. But again it depends on the country you are living in.

Is this even worth it? You could do all of this and some people just simply still wont grow at all. Has anyone seen good results after 18? I assume not if people are here.

Up to u brother, you can take it or leave it. Most people simply don't know this stuff, so that's why they're looking for it. Btw your last statement makes no sense because you can't try something without learning about it first.

@@SavageRabbit Honestly, I don't drink it myself, but from what I could find you should drink as much as you can every day. Make sure it comes from a reputable farm (with certifications, testing etc)

Is 5'3.5 good at 14, do you think i will reach 5'7 at the end of 18?
@cyzz_life
@cyzz_life 12 күн бұрын
Height is subjective-- depends on the country you're living in, and the career you want. Ex: avg height in China for a guy is a lot lower than avg height in the Netherlands. If you lock in on HGH and sleep starting now, you'll probably surpass 5'7 by the time you're 18

@@cyzz_lifeits pretty clear you’re clueless. Why would you givr a speech on average heights when its his parents heights that matter lol
@cyzz_life
@cyzz_life 10 күн бұрын
@@maalikserebryakov No need to be rude m8. If you paid any attention, his first question was "is 5'3.5 good at 14." Obviously a large part of his height is governed by his parents heights, but that "genetic ceiling" given by an equation of parent heights is surpassed all the time. Also, note that he did not provide his parents heights, so the best advice I could give him was to focus on sleep and HGH

Don't stop going to the gym. You want to keep boosting your test and HGH. All I said was to not go heavy on the compounds
