Im 16 and 5’6. dad is 5’7 mom is 5’3. So just based off that my height makes sense as I am almost my dads height. My uncle on my mom’s side is like 5’10, so maybe I have the ability to grow to that height. I will be honest that I have seen videos about this topic before but I am still skeptical. I know about the story of rustam akhmetov but I don’t totally trust his methods, cuz his story isn’t that verifed (none of this really is). I really appreciate that you have a slideshow with information about it in this format. I hope that maybe I am missing something and can grow more, but based on genetics thats unlikely

What is your typical routine? 1). Do you do the stretches in morning or evening? And how many times per day? 2). Do you do the hanging upside down inversion? If so, how many minutes per day and how often? 3). Is there anything else you do in addition to the stretching (i.e. swimming, etc) 4). Finally, do you take glucosamine sulfate or glucosamine hydrochloride? And at what daily dose? Keep up the vids, they are 🔥
@cyzz_le4 ай бұрын
Thanks bro! My routine is a bit long, I've mentioned parts of it in previous vids, and I might make a full lifestyle vid in the future, if there's enough demand for it. Too much to type out here, though. 1) right after my workout, when the muscles are the most tense. This is usually in the morning, ~10 AM for me. I also do a single seated spinal twist stretch right b4 bed. 2) I used to, but I don't have easy access to a bar rn, so i just hang from the doorframe (with my hands). If you plan on doing it, 15 min b4 bed is optimal, it's what I was doing on my inversion table when I still had one 3) Yes, I lift weights in the morning + sprints right b4 bed. 4) atm I don't take glucosamine, but if you plan on it, take the sulfate version-- this one is far more effective and will help build more cartilage than the HCL version
@vladislavsilayev59764 ай бұрын
Thanks for the response man! How many times do you sprint and for how long? I'm guessing you sprint in the evenings to maximize HGH release before bed. But do you think it is necessary to sprint before bed? Or would doing it in the afternoon (before the evening meal) be acceptable also? I just find that if I exercise hard at night, it makes it harder to sleep.
@cyzz_le4 ай бұрын
I do 2-3 miles 5 days a week. Sometimes I go for a long run (10-15 mi) to destress. I sprint right b4 bed for maximum HGH (it disappears after a few hrs so u want it to coincide with natural HGH release during sleep) U don't have to sprint, or if u do, u don't have to sprint at night. It's optimal, but technically, over time your baseline levels of HGH will increase simply because of the repetitions. This happens independent of time of day. Good questions bro
@vladislavsilayev59764 ай бұрын
Awesome man. And what are your thoughts about jumping up in the air (with hands stretched out like a basketball player) for height growth? Is this a waste of time (i.e. would sprinting and stretching be better)?
@cyzz_le4 ай бұрын
@@vladislavsilayev5976 ngl i don't think it does much. I did talk about this before, in which your body subconsciously reprograms itself with the need to grow taller because something important is out of reach (otherwise why would the body be jumping every day with arms outstretched)? Great Video! I got a few questions and I’d really appreciate if you could answer: 1. Is this video for people my age still useful and should I follow it (I just turned 17 a few days ago) or only after puberty? And also your newest stretching routine video? Should I still do it for height growth? 2. Does the timing mater when you do it? Should you do it right before bed for better results or does it not matter? And should you eat something before and after with protein to „heal“/ recover? Appreciate you and your channel!
@cyzz_le4 ай бұрын
Yes, it's for all ages. The main idea is that bone can't grow if it's restricted by muscle. It doesn't matter if you're aiming for growth at the growth plates (during puberty), or through small cracks in the bone matrix (post-puberty). Timing matters. Do it right after your workout, because your workout tightens everything up, and do 1-2 stretches b4 bed as well. It's what I'm currently doing. About meals, aim for high protein in all meals, that'll provide your body with the amino acids it needs to create collagen, bone, HGH, test, etc. Good questions, brother!
@NotHereToBeAverageYT4 ай бұрын

@cyzz_le4 ай бұрын
No problem, brother. I'm here for the community cause all this should be free. You definitely can reach 6'3, but you'd most likely be doing so through post-puberty methods and stretching. As for diet, I'll be making a vid on this soon, but make sure you eat a lot of protein, those amino acids come in handy when building bone and essential hormones. For supps, you'll want anything that helps build bone, cartilage, boost HGH, and boost test. I won't name them all, but a few are magnesium, cod liver fish oil, and boron. As for the other stuff, I'll make a lifestyle vid soon, once I find a way to show my results on camera. You can find a lot of this info my my previous vids btw, but they may not be the most up to date. Best of luck!

Sugar is bad. If possible, cut it out completely. Some will say sugar spikes igf-1, which helps with height growth. It's true, but not recommended because you lose that progress when you put on weight and visceral fat from sugar consumption. If you want to try it, eat sugar (carbs) right after your workout, but never before bed (this messes with your natural HGH production).

What are your microfracture exercises? And does the time to do the exercises matter, whether it is morning or evening?
@cyzz_le4 ай бұрын
No, timing for exercises doesn't matter. I usually lift weights in the morning, then run in the evening b4 bed. To get microfractures, you want impact on the body. Running is by far the best one, then jumping (basketball), lifting weights, baseball, etc-- these will all create small cracks in the bone matrix that you can stretch out, and heal back denser / longer.

Are all these stretching movements just for the spine to grow? And stretching can permanently change your body size or if you stop stretching you will become smaller again
@cyzz_le4 ай бұрын
Changes can be permanent if your lifestyle changes for it (better posture, drinking enough water to keep your spinal discs full). Just note most changes aren't permanent once you stop stretching. And no, the stretching movements are for more than just the spine-- the neck, abs, back and legs, because these are the areas with the most potential for growth.

Yes. I'm 20 already, so banded sleeping is the best way to go. I do it in such a way that circulation is never cut off, and there's no possible harm to the spine or my muscles. It's very effective IMO. Rustam Akhmetov was the pioneer of this method, and he grew 21 cm from it over 3 yrs.

@cyzz_le4 ай бұрын
Unfortunately, yes. When you're heavier, your bones experience a higher compression force, making it harder to grow. Not to mention you'll be adding fat to your body, which in turn increases estrogen within the body. And if you've been watching my videos, you'll know estrogen closes the growth plates faster.

Yes, as long as you have postural imbalances to correct. Most of us do, since we sit all day and crane our necks downward.

Thanks! I've only been implementing everything (with banded sleeping) for 1 month, and saw 1 cm of growth at the end of the night when I measure. I'll keep you all updated on my progress Try to sleep earlier. HGH production is tied to the human circadian rhythm, so it's usually released around 10 pm - 2 am. For height growth after puberty, always use small cracks in the bone matrix (microfractures). Stress fractures go all the way through the bone, and if you have one, you can't use that arm or leg. You never want a stress fracture :)
