I thought he will be struggling a bit more when mixing that flour manually, but it went smoother than I thought, it was fascinating to see that

I really like this guy for some unknown reason ... he seems very confident and certain about his world. I wish i could see his face. He appears to have warrior energy ... he's surgical and precise!

Kudos to the owner - incredible stamina since 00:58 - I didn't see him stop for a break...and, his dedicated staff/family, Wow!! Love to try your udon with vegetables (only) - I'm vegetarian of over 40years. Kia ora, Aotearoa NZ 🇳🇿

Another good looking tempura mix of veggies and meat, my favorite. Also, everyone remarked on how good the udon noodles are. The owner makes them different from the other videos I've watched, so that's the difference. If I ever get to Japan I'll try to get to Kyoto and try the tempura and udon myself. Thanks for a fine video and having English words. Appreciated.

These kinda restaurants or eating places are only available in Japan and Korea. I still today have not seen any place as small as this in my country. All of them have huge halls and decoration.
