お店が、キレイです。 天ぷら油も、天かすを１回１回取って居て、澄みきった油。 揚がった天ぷらもサクサクしていて美味しそうです。 天ぷらを食べ、日本酒を１〜２合呑みながら、〆にザルうどんを食べたいですね。

Like the idea that everyone pays upfront at the machine and then hands the receipt to the chef, so he doesn’t have to bother with taking order or collecting the payment. 👍🏻 Nice compact, and clean kitchen.

The efficiency of motion in this chef's cooking is remarkable. It's still hard to believe his does everything himself had I not seen it with my own eyes. The food looks beautiful, delicious and more importantly consistent, which is a mark of a good chef. The level of calm and organization he's created is worth watching on it's own.
