Meditation and spiritual exercise should be a REQUIREMENT in school. Anyone who can’t sit the hell down and shut their mind off are the weird ones.
@mariusleroy88954 жыл бұрын
TigerToxins U Think about what youre saying... Kids who are ”their higher selfs” are always active and never still. And the meaning of spirituality is to become your higher self so your’e always present like you was when you was a child. So you are saying you want to become a kid who can’t sit still? You want to become weird? Btw weird is a judgement you know that right? And i hope you meant weird in a positive way as in different from others. Everyone is beautiful. You are really disrespectful for people with disorders like ADHD when you say your’e weird because you can’t sit still.

@@mariusleroy8895 Enlightenment is not an easy feat and like all good things in life requires practice. What I meant, and what you decided to misconstrue it as are two different meanings, the higher of which wouldn't make sense to those that can't interpret it. You keep mentioning that buzzword 'weird', as though you're trying to attach some sort blame on me for being opinionated. I feel like I'm entitled to at least my own opinion, considering that I've had some work with the esoteric. There is no such thing as good or bad, that being a prejudice forced upon modern societies to make controlling them easier. There are spiritual cultures in some parts of the world where being able to sit down and control your body for an extended period of time is just expected, because how could you attain enlightenment without self control? Conscious action is magic, and meditation is the most powerful tool you can use, compared to external methods of the equivalent. If you can't even exert enough self awareness and control to sit down for a whole day how could you be expected to gain access to higher realms of thought? Did you think that, perhaps, being spiritually gifted is left to chance? Mf, you develop your psychic talents as you do with every skill. It is a metaphorical muscle and because of agnotology is rendered, so to say, to the public, as 'not necessary'. Am I the weird one because I have the patience to pay attention to my body's natural reactions and processes? I should think those that are bound to anything material are quite weird, seeing as we're all going to die from the beginning. Why ignore such a pressing issue when you can choose to address it? Also, regarding this "meaning" of yours. There is a meaning to life. But that isn't something you can put into words, considering that it isn't based off of our plane of existence. That is knowledge that comes from deep introspection and it demands respect. Wisdom is not spread, wisdom is planted because ultimately the most useful knowledge you can obtain is from yourself, unbiased. You have no idea what kind of damned screwy kaleidoscopes exist to pull the wool over the eyes of the commonwealth. I would be satisfied with taking advantage of it if not for how much unnecessary suffering it's put me through.

Just a note, if it helps you any... When working with hypnotherapy, it is best to make statements that are in the present, not the future. So, instead of saying, "When I go to an audition, I will be...", you need to phrase the statement in the present. This is because the egoic self, which is the mind, exists only as an artifact of the past. But if you make statements in the present you are addressing that which is beyond the conscious mind.

Trance is basically focus, some good points but also some bad suggestions, it’s important to only focus on what you want and not on what you don’t want as the subconscious doesn’t question unlike the logical conscious mind, for example saying don’t think of a black cat , notice what happens . The mind amplifies on what you give focus on so if you focus on the problem rather than the desired outcome it will give more that . The unconscious needs clear direction of what is wanted for it to achieve it.

this is awesome, peter j carrol talks about a similar way to ender that trance/no-mind state he calls "right way of walking", where you do this same sort of defocusing thing, while walking steadily and holding your hands in strange positions so you feel more in your arms (they tend to kind of disappear in sensation as you walk). its a form of "excitatory gnosis" that overwhelms the senses, ideally so that the mind reflexively quiets and you can focus directly on your subject of desire, without "lust for results", anxiety and fear which ultimately encourage the non-result.

Hey, I'm reviewing this video cuz it was so helpful I saved it. I didn't realize how many people can be obnoxious and feel the need to "share" their vile energy until this year. So many ugly comments from people who, as you said, exist on a lower plane and only have negativity to offer. Sadly, it seems to be about 49% of the country. I also noticed this was your first video. I didn't say anything at the time but good job. I don't have the guts to upload anything, no matter how helpful it may be. And one last thing, asking if the negative comments were because you were female seemed to trigger some people. I think it's a legitimate question. So many men & women still have a real bias against ♀. Think about Harris's speech on Saturday, 11/7, and be proud of yourself for sharing a skill that we can all use during these trying times. 👏💕🙇

Hi Tabetha, thanks for the video. Will this get better/easier with practice? Is it a skill to be developed?
@yoursugarismine7 жыл бұрын
jegray67 yes you got to practice and it gets easier and it gets much better but it takes time and patience...it can be frustrating to try and quiet the mind focusing only on one thing,in this case the spot on the wall as she was suggesting.. To meditate is not as simple as one may think and it takes lots practice..what she says in the video is correct but a beginner will never get into trance in 1 min..first you need to learn how to quiet and focus yr mind using this or other methods and after having understood that you can do what she said and be on yr way to get in a trance state

Oh and for skeptics knowing the paranormal world is traumatizing for me I have always been searching for a state of true relaxation and this video has helped me I have felt heard and seen paranormal and it has kept me up countless nights it’s always at 3:33 am that I see a certaint person tall man dressed up nice with a top hat and I e spoke to him but he said something inaudible and then vanished. So skeptics this is real stuff I find it offensive when people fake it

So, it's just the thing that naturally happens, whenever I just focus on thinking a little more than usual?
@tigertoxins5844 жыл бұрын
Remor No. Trance is specifically not thinking, it’s meditation. Of course, you can do introspective stuff but those are controlled thoughts. When you remove thinking and let your body fall asleep, you gain access to higher magics like clairvoyance and astral projection.
@theailceimicawen49004 жыл бұрын
You can enter trance through many ways, and can enter it unknowingly in your normal life, such as driving home, and not remembering getting there. But generally when you are trying to enter a trance state, you would try to focus on something other then your thoughts. Like breathing. Or a tree branch swaying in the wind. Etc.

do not say negatives in trance IMPORTANT.
@theailceimicawen49006 жыл бұрын
I know this is a pretty common one. But I like to defy it, and have had good results for myself and my clients. You see negatives actually tend to stick in the mind stronger than positives. Honestly if they didn't none of use would have the issues we do right? lol. All the negative things from our past would mean nothing. I find using both negatives and positives when working with most issues has a good effect. Clearly you don't agree, and that's okay.

@theailceimicawen49006 жыл бұрын
Sorry for this late response! Positive suggestions when self given can take time, such as daily affirmations. However through hypnosis the results are usually immediate. Of course for the effects to take hold long term it needs to be continued for a bit. Sessions with a hypnotherapist are most effective, usually 3-6 for the full effect. Then listening to the audio programs daily for a few weeks. But you should see an immediate effect, the rest is to strengthen it.

I’m about to try this. I can never seem to get into a state of trance because my mind ponders as if I begin day dreaming. I lose focus on what I’m trying to do. Any tips on how to maintain focus to get into trance.
@theailceimicawen49006 жыл бұрын
It all just about practice and not setting your expectations too high. Usually it takes people months or even years of practice to where they can get to the point of silence. Its still okay and healthy to do it while your mind drifts through thoughts. Tests have proven this still has a good effect on the body and spirit. But I will give two small tips. I like to watch the light play behind my eyelids. Its never just black. Usually I can find a pinpoint of light that grows and shrinks and I focus on that. Also sometimes adding in a crystal really helps. The best meditation I have ever had was with a large slice of labradorite.
