If you have a 4 sided grater you can strip your parsley very quickly by pulling the stems through the largest grating holes. Works like a charm

Love your videos! When my motivation starts to wain, I watch your video and by the time its over I've had a rest, I've usually picked up a tip, then I'm ready to go again. We used to watch Good Eats and Alton Brown once did an episode where he tested the theory that mushrooms shouldn't be washed and he debunked it! He found that giving them a rinse in a colander did not cause them to soak up enough water to degrade them. So I went with it because I love them, but found them so tedious to clean with a pastry brush.

I have green, blue and yellow microfiber cloths. I have them color coded how I use them. Blue: kitchen. Green: multipurpose and Yellow: bathrooms. You don't need chemicals with microfiber.
