Taylor! Love the new bedroom arrangement and I would leave the bench under the window for traffic flow but later, when you have saved for it, I would get an upholstered bench that is a bit longer OR add some faux trees on either side or tall plants to fill in the space OR curtain panels on either side of both windows- they don’t have to close completely just dummy panels and if you place curtains then make sure your rod is at least 6-8 inches above the top of the window frame and make sure both windows have the rods exactly the same distance. As for the spaghetti sauce, I always add a bit of sugar to my homemade red sauce- taught to me by an Italian grandmother (straight from southwestern Italy).

IDK much about the feng shui of it but I like having more natural light and the bed facing east so you get the light from the sun in the morning to wake you up. It may be a lil tricky with the natural light glaring the TV. But I think this layout is nice and feels spacious.

I think that’s why I like it at the foot of the bed because you can’t really see it there but I’m gonna have my husband pull it out completely and see how it looks without it. I kinda want to keep it in the room because I use it for storage, it has extra sheets and pillow cases in it.
