Great as usual, However: The speaker protector you placed on top was not placed correctly, there was a wrinkle remaining that may or may not affect the application. also, Does the snapping of the phone into the frame scratch or scrape the phone sides? That click sound indicates pressure on the sides of the phone. And since you have been installing the WSd glass since 2017, have you seen the quality of the glass decline ( cheaper/ easier to break ?) Is the Wsd compatible with the Otterbox defender? I dropped my Note 20 ultra on my tile floor using Poetic brand case and it shattered, ( without having a protector on the glass. ) So Poetic, is garbage in my opinion. I have been using the Uag Monarch on my s22 ultra until the new defender arrives. I dont know how the Monarch claims 20 ft drop protection, but I would install the wsd on it for sure, due to the smallish lip protection. Thanks again!

I've seen a lot of these install videos and I've yet to see someone suggest the obvious: wear some nitrile or powder-free latex gloves. No fingerprints to worry about during the installation process.

Excellent instructional video: while the installation of the Whitestone Dome Glass Screen Protector is detailed and consists of numerous steps, watching you proceed through the process was invaluable to this 1st time user. For instance, during your video, you certainly provided a good sense of timing. The installer does not have to worry about rushing to complete each step. The adhesive does not harden until cured by the UV light. Patiently taking your time is not going to turn one into a pumpkin. Your tip on how to guide back a wandering isolated adhesive drop might cause panic to some but made me laugh as to how you coaxed it back to join the herd. FYI - I watched/referred to two installation videos. The second one was prepared directly by Whitestone and may also be viewed via KZbin. One notable difference between the two tutorials: the Whitestone video explains that the 2nd curing process includes, “Cure 60 seconds each for bottom and top of the device and repeat 1 more time. (2nd curing total time: bottom 120 seconds / top 120 seconds).” I believe that your video shows a 2nd curing time of only one 60 second period for each of the bottom and top locations, and not two 60 second periods. I followed the Whitestone video (i.e., a total of 120 seconds at the bottom and 120 seconds at the top) and the installation was successful. Maybe, the extra curing is not essential, yet it did not cause an installation issue. Many thanks for your professional and thoughtful guidance.

Still the Number 1 instructional video for installation of the Whitestone dome Glass on the Samsung galaxy s22 ultra phone. Great Job as usual. By the way, Another Y tuber ( jabber tech ) does his finger print impression on the biometric spot to theoretically help with response issue. Others press longer before the 2nd light process. What is your opinion on that? Does it weaken or compromise the glue or glass bond? Thank you!

Don't listen to these fanboys, over priced and the finger print sensor works once out of 10 tries and if you try to put a supcase unicorn beetle pro on it, expect to get your glue back out. Biggest scam on youtube are this fools who ain't paying what we are paying for this crap because they get it free. Let them pay 50 or 60 bucks for this crap and see what they say ffs

Best tip for low dust, besides positive pressure hood, is use a bathroom after someone has showered. The think humidity in the room really weights down the dust.

I messed up the first glass install :( at least I got it on sale so it wasn’t too expensive but damn there’s so many bits and bobs and the instructions they include nowadays are not very….well….

Great tutorial. I put the WSD screen protector on my S22 Ultra when I got it a couple weeks back. Your installation step by step is super helpful and very accurate to how I did mine. Thanks for the detailed video. I tried the fingerprint sensor and worked like a charm. However, when the adhesive started drying a few hours later, the fingerprint was not working anymore. Tried to go in and redo the fingerprints but it would not even allow me to get through the setup process It kept only detecting a very small part of the fingerprint. What did I do wrong? I wound up tearing it off. Really love the screen protector. Wished it would work and still want it to work.

You skipped over not showing the removing of the top Lego piece and also you never showed when to remove black sticker strips. Otherwise , good video but for first timers , I think it doesn’t matter how long the video is , but precision with doing Whitestone is imperative. Some people have made the mistake of putting the glass in upside down with curves pointing up. I’ve done this several times and followed your way with the S21 where the kit had a wind up sliding top piece which was cool as heck. But Whitestone changed it up this time. I’m just waiting for Samsung to ship my dam phone !!!! Hope this screen protector works with the Otterbox Defender Pro.

Could not have installed this screen protector without this video! And I did perfectly the first time! Mfr video lacked in all the details. Thank you for sharing this process. All the reviews said this was the best screen protector, but it was intimidating. After watching the mfr's video over and over for an hour, I looked elsewhere. So glad I landed here! There's actually 3 charging modes. Fast, Super Fast and then Super Fast 2.0 which you get with Samsung 45w brick. It's rare, if ever that you'll find a 3rd party brick regardless of the wattage rating that'll get you that 2.0 charging. That 65w Whitestone brick isn't giving you any more than 25w if that

Great content. As for that screen protector. Whitestone dome. It works great, But when using supcase unicorn beetle pro or poetic spartan or revaluation cases Whitestone dome lifts to easy from the phone. To expensive for that to happen. And yes I cured the screen protector. I do it for at least 3 minutes all the way around. So I went to Amfilm elastic skin screen protector. Works great, no lifting no matter how many times I switch cases.

Great tutorial. I have never used a glass one before and im thinking of going with the whitedome i lke the stickerss that protects looked at the amfil aswell and it dosent have that. But with whitedome you hear that fingerprint wont work all the time and it wont be case friendly so what you all think?

Great tutorial & info. I've always used Self Healing TPU Screen Protectors because my home is so dusty!! By the time I put the glue, grab the protector, there's dust on my phone. Thinking of getting this protector & definitely getting that 65w charger. Looks like a Great product

I am iffy about the camera protectors. I use them but they are not essential with the right case. The stickers good point. Just peel in go. I will include in next video for sure

Thank you very much for this video! Question...With the Whitestone Dome screen protector that I installed on my S22 Ultra, Ive noticed that the glass has had issues with its oleophobic coating. There are some marks either from my cheek or pillow that have left residue on the screen that I can't clean off with a microfiber cloth. Any insight on this would be appreciated!

Terrible! Leave liquid tube in holder for about 100 seconds then remove with holder. Do not drop tube into circle of glue that could cause bubbles in glue. Level before starting. There are better instructions online than this guy.
