No wonder my traps & neck have been extra tight! I have lower back pain so Im always hyper aware of tucking my tail bone (prob to a fault as I’m learning!), & apparently in plank, I’m really tucking my chin & therefore rounding up my back! Thanks for this video- Its been helpful & I’ll stop protecting my back at the expensive of the rest of my body now (hopefully)😮
