Hey Val. Coming from an old school bodybuilder, gym owner, Bio Chemistry person, be careful with the protein powders, oatmeal etc that are not organic. They contain a lot of hormone disruptors. You want to carry that beautiful physique you have well into your 40s/50s n beyond. Just saying. ✌️

Yeah, having a digital scale is a must-have when counting macros like protein. For me, it's easy for breakfast because I have 10 egg whites, which is the whole carton and a bowl of oatmeal. Every other meal, I need the scale.

That’s the worst breakfast sandwhich I’ve ever seen. If you’re not gonna butter the bread in the pan while you cook the egg then at least toast the bread. They make those parchment sandwhich pouches you could put the ham and egg with cheese in these and pop it in the toaster will easily turn that sandwhich into an edible 7/10 instead of a 3/10.
