She made it seem like it was urgent, yet she showed no sense of urgency even making him wait for her at the pickup location. Her destination stated it was to the admissions entrance, not ER. She told him to go to the ER instead and he refused because that's not what the order stated. All the while transporting her, she was apparently very rude and condescending so naturally he wanted her out of his car once at the destination ASAP but she refused and tried to record the situation hoping to provoke him into a physical confrontation for obvious reasons. I get that it's his car and all, and so she should leave when he says to leave, but that level of anger directed at a passenger isn't normal. Idk if he had other stuff going on in his life, or what actually led to him exploding, but I guarantee it's something relatively minor that most people would be able to brush off for the remainder of a 20 min uber ride.
