When Rachel screamed at the burning tree, who else noticed that the wind picked up? *I have a theory...* What if the tornado in the first game is Rachel screams. What if the tornado is Rachel's revenge on Arcadia Bay. Think about it, no matter what decision you make at the end of the game, the bad guys get their comeuppance. Sacrifice Chloe: Nathan and Jefferson are arrested, the Dark Room is found, Rachel's body is found. Sacrifice Arcadia Bay: They all die. Rachel wins either way.

Rachel's emotions affect the weather or the wind/air hence why her screams caused gusts of wind making the fire worse, now people... what are tornadoes made of? Wind/air... Rachels spirit is the Doe, which we see in Maxs vision leading her to the lighthouse... I think Rachel has something to do with the tornado! We find her body the day before the storm, if Chloe dies she returns to Rachel, they are destined to be together thus no storm caused by Rachel, if we choose to save Chloe she stays with Max, causing the storm (Rachels emotions) to ravage the town... idk just silly theorizing here but I do think Rachels emotions definitely affected the wind/air.
