What is bhakti yoga? Bhakti yoga is traditionally focused on attaining a state of Divine Love. By using meditation, chanting, mantras, reading, and more - participants strive toward reaching alignment with Christ (or Krishna) Consciousness.
No props necessary through two yoga blocks may come in handy for a couple minutes of the practice.
