you should do an irish diet for breakfast you have sausage fried egg turkey pudding tomatoes mushrooms rashers baked beans hash browns toast and tea (with milk) or coffee for lunch we have a chicken fillet roll with lettuce and may with crisps or chips and a fizzy/energy drinks finale dinner we have a roast with roast ham roast chicken mashed potatoes brocolli brussel sprouts 🤮 gravy or white sauce (optional) and dessert whatever you want ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯ also at the end of the day we have tea and biscuits/ cookies so good when you dip the buiscits/cookie in the tea
