Ok guys I decided to commit to doing this 6 days a week and I’m gunna update you all so I remember and stay motivated :) Day 1: I made it through till the end surprisingly but I’m basically paralyzed now Day 2: I’m really sore but I still finished the whole video and it actually seemed easier this time Day 3: rest day :) Ok one more update, I’ve tried lots of videos to try and help my hip dips but none have worked but I’m proud to say I already see a tiny difference!! Day 4: it’s getting a lot easier to do, still not a huge difference but there is one and I’m determined to keep going Day 5: I can really see a difference by now and it’s gotten a lot easier to finish, I also make sure to drink lots of water and eat a good amount of protein Day6: ITS WORKINGGG Day7: my hips at this point are more like straight rather than having an indent so it’s definitely filling in :) also I’ve decided to update weekly now instead of daily so I’ll see you all next Sunday! Week 2: I’m still here guys, the workout is definitely easier to do and I’m surprisingly more flexible haha, I can definitely tell I’m building muscle on my legs and my hip dips are filling in but I still have a long ways to go. I will do this workout for 7 days and with no diet 1 day: it was tiring 2nd day: still tiring but without taking breaks 3 day: it's not that hard anymore and I already see small results 4th day: I felt pain but then saw results Day 5: I have wider hips, I love 6 day: my hips are much more beautiful than before and I have a less "straight" body 7 day: not at all tiring (sorry for the English I'm Italian) good luck! @@dar--ling7733 It is not impossible,the first day I did it my hips increased a little, today is my second day and I just measured my hips and realized I have added half an inch from 39 and half to 40 , I use to size 42 but I lost weight but hip dips have been my problem I have a protruded ass with hip dips 😩😩

Imma be honest with my lil review for the next few weeks. Day 1: I went working out to the gym a few days ago and was pretty sore already, this actually made my body feel better but it was lowkey hard to do. Definitely felt it in the muscles around my hips.

Been doing hip dips exercises for a year already and my hips are round now muscles filled it. These are the exercises I do... 👉 Alternate Side Squats or Cossack Squats , Alternate Side Lunges, Fire Hydrant, Clam Shells, Seated Hip abductor, Squat Hold Hip Abduction, Side Steps and Crab Walk. I’m using resistance band as well with these exercises 👍💯☺️ HAPPY AND PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR! 🎉🎵🥂🎶🤗

@@butterflychirst984 Hello 👋 Actually I was training my booty overall. I do: Hip Thrusts (using bb or db), Sumo and Regular Squats (with weights), Deadlifts (using bb), Bridges (using rb). I don’t workout at the gym only at home but I assure you that these exercises are all effective as long as you do it with correct form... 👍💯😊

@@butterflychirst984 yes, definitely no doubt. By doing those exercises for hips i guarantee you will get good results in just a few months. Start with 15-20 reps x 2 sets with each exercise then you can gradually add more reps and sets as you get stronger. Eat foods or drink rich in protein for fast muscle building.. 👍💯😊 Wish you the best 🙏

I hate to dissapoint you but you cannot make your hip dips disappear! It's part of your bone structure and everyone has them! You fill them up a little bit with muscle but workouts like this are not the once that will help you. Heavy lifting and compound movements will!!! But you will never get rid of them fully

Day:1 ✅ This starts off hard but gets easier as you go my hip and lower butt are super sore but it didn’t hurt that much I made sure I was listening to fun music to keep me pumped and I’ll update tomorrow!! Day 2: ✅ I did it again today I still hurt but I can see results not huge changes but it’s only day 2 as I’m sitting down typing this now I can feel my hips become a bit sore but I know it’s just the workout working!! I’m excited to see how it will be on day 12 !! Day 3:✅ rest day Day 4:✅ still hurts to do this I feel like I’m not see huge changes but I believe I’m gonna see a change started around week 2 I can see changes in my low hip and I can feel my hip dips filling in but it’s hard to completely notice without wear tight shorts YALL I QUITTED AFTER DAY 4 I HAVE STILL HAD THIS FIGURE FOR A MONTH BUT IT IS STARTING TO FAR SO I DOING IT AGAIN SO TODAY WILL BE MY NEW DAY 1! I suggest not quitting cause my top of my hip dips is filled and the bottom it not 😂

Doing this to try get my self at my happy place... due to sterilisation problems i live everyday in pain i also have mental health problems and need routine so i fail doing rest days but my partner has seen a little growth difference now 2 weeks in So far am doing your 8 minute stretch before booty work out then am doing hip dips and 2 week later iv moved on from beginners booty workout to your to Brazilian bum lift.. iv started the 7 minutes beginners one and its kicking my belly iv done half last night as it just made my pains worse so am slowly doing it bit by bit but day 2 and my pain from sterilisation is kicking me but i manged the others and had to skip abs hopefully i get to my goals, i have to do them all at night as i have 4 sleeping children but its great children bed me workout bath and bed and i get a goos night sleep and wake up feeling fresh and ready for the day, so thank you for you videos its helping my mental health and sleeping problems xx

I decided to do this for 1 month Day 1: hard but ok Day 2: exhausted, recognized that my dips are filling a bit but a small step is a large one Day 3: since i was fully committed i skipped rest now my legs are sore ouch, now i now why there r rests. My waists got tinier now ❤ Day 4: getting easier Day 5: I started having extreme migranes and increase of body temperature turns out i wz sick I wanted to take a break but I still finished. the exercises became easier too. Day 6-8: my sickness became worse and I didn't do it for 3days and ngl I noticed my waist wz extremely smol

Starting this workout today....will keep y'all updated. Day1: the burn🔥Was real. It literally burnt by butt. Day2: the same burn😩. But it's worth it. The fire hydrants literally killed me. But you got this. Day3: It was a killer 🔥. Haven't seen any difference yet and will keep doing this. Day4:Rest😌 Didn't do it for a month......I was lazy lol!! Starting this routine again from today. Will keep y'all updated. Day 1: it was hard but I just got through it somehow 🤐. My glutes are so sore rn😩. Day 2: done!!! Felt the same burn as yesterday 🤪. It's gonna worth it guys!!! Day 3: rest.... Day 4: The finisher killed me as usual....but it's gonna worth it. Day 5: Day 6:

You CAN'T get rid of hip dips. You have hip dips because of your bone structure and you can't do anything about that. Exercises like this can help you minimize your hip dips, but without surgery you won't be able to get completely rid of them. Hip dips are normal, don't be insecure about them please!

I'll try to stay committed as i can lol day 1: done it freaking burns in the morning day 2: done day 3: Rest day 4: done day 5: done it gets easier when u get used to it but the fire hydrants really sweats me out day 6: rest day 7: skipped lol was too busy day 8: done im actually seeing visible results, i still have hip dips but it's not that bad as before day 9: done definitely seeing results, my butt is getting rounder tooo! day 10: rest day 11: it gets easier i swearr! day 12:rest day 13:done day 14: done This actually worked for me, i gained almost 2 inches in less than two weeks and that's incredible. I have been struggling with hip dips lol and I'll continue doing this 🥰 ps. im using resistance bands

Okay i’m going to be starting today because i have been waitingg for my period to end so i could do this workout. I’m going to be starting today and also going to be updating you guys❤️ Day1:✅wasnt too bad i just died a little bit at the end with the pulsing hydrants. And ofc i wont see results after one day. Luckily im not too sore☺️see yall tmr!! Day2:✅i did it!! I dont see any difference but i can feel the burn and can tell its working 🥰🥰

imma keep yall updated day 1 went really well when i finished da workout i couldn't feel ma legs at the end day 2 i woke up and my legs were hurting like shit but when i looked in da mirror weirdly i could already c a difference working buh today da workout was a a lil harder cause ma legs were already sore buh i got through it day 3 break day day 4 it was a lil more easy cause i got a break yesterday day 5 the workout was a lot easier then all da other days day 6 it went well but for some reason my legs dont hurt as much as it did on da first few days day 7 break day day 8 break day day 9 its was gd day 10 its was alr day 11 it was good really felt da burn lol day 12 it went well ion know what else to say day 13 break day day 14 last day i really couldn't b bother i only did da start of da workout n gave up im proud of ma self that i got through his workout even doe i aint finish da end end results this workout actually worked my hips dips are barley there anymore i rlly recommend this workout frr

lol i love that ur descriptions are so long. I did ur old hip dips video and I am going to do this one tmrw, following the schedule that u provided. Im excited I'm finally doing something about these hip dips 😂 Day 1 - I did one of her old videos and it left me sore Day 2 - I tried this video today, the exercise was easier. Maybe bc I’m getting used to these workouts a little bit

Okay I’m going to do it starting from today I’ll tell you about it every day and tell you what have changed and what haven’t and the pro’s and the con’s (bare in mind I’m a pre-teen and I’m trying to get my body to be in good shape since I’m not happy about my shape🙂) so I’ll keep yall updated Day 1:❎It was so tiring I got through it to 8:52 it was extremely to hard for me but I’ll try more on day 2 Day 2:✅It was much easier my butt was hurting so much and my sides yes I’m sore but I’m proud I got through the whole workout😍 Day 3:rest😴but day 1 and 2 jeez I can see my shape coming!!!!! Day 4:✅I’m Back at it again!!!!! I went through the whole workout easily I could feel all the burn and my butt is getting its shape and my hip dips are starting to disappear, Girls, I think you should definitely do this!! See you on day 5! day 5:✅Back again!!! I feel the intense burn when I do the exercise is getting easier and easier and my butt again but sorry like again my but its FINE tho and my hip dips are still a bit visible but at the same time not. day 6:✅I DID IT nearly a week done and my body do be looking fine I’m getting curvy as well!! day 7:rest😴 day 8:sorry guys I missed two days :( because of my headaches) but ill continue even tho it would be 2 weeks and 2 days so here I am again. day 9: day 10: day 11: day 12: day 13: day 14: RESULTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am already skinny but my hips are straight I don't know if it will help but I will try Day 1 : finish I can't feel my legs 😫 Day 2: it's burn but easiesr than the first time fighting Day 3 : finish its so much better I can feel my hips getting a little bit wider Day 4 : I used to do it 😜 I will keep going with it for 2 weeks and shares the results Day 5 : finish easier than before I will keep going 💪 Day 6 : finish easily 1 week : finish there isn't any change I hope see a result in the second week 😑 Day 8: finish Day 9 : finish I am not seeing good results but I will keep doing this for one month I hope to get my imagination look Day 10 : finishi can feel a buff I don't know how to say this but it is a good message Day 11 :.finish It's the first time I've committed to it 🤣🤣 Day 12 : finish 💅 Day 13 : I will do this for 3 weeks because there isn't any big change

Gonna do this cuz I hate my hipdips and also wanna get in shape a bit. I am 17 years old, 5’1 , 157 lbs / 71kg at the start! Waist: 31.9 inches / 81 CM Hips: 106 CM , 41 inches Butt: 111 cm Day ONE (Feb4) : it’s kicked my BUTT and I can’t do it for the full time as her, but almost! Day TWO (feb 5): IYS still hard but easier! Day THREE (feb 6): REST Day FOUR (Feb 7): HOOO IT BURNS. Might be seeing a little bit of progress? Not really a whole lot. The only hard one really is the fire hydrants Day FIVE (feb 8): yaaay it’s easier! Day SIX (feb 9): super hard to do today, but I added a new workout to today’s list and this was the last of my workouts. ‼️BUT IM SEEING SMALL RESULTS SO FAR!!! I’m so happy!‼️ Day SEVEN (feb 10): REST Day EIGHT (feb 11): *should be a rest but nahhhhh* I’m back on it! It’s a little easier, but I’m shaky Day NINE (feb 12): done. It burns. Small changes Day TEN (feb 13): done Day ELEVEN (feb 14): done Day TWELVE (feb 15): done Day THIRTEEN (feb16): NEED A REST Day 14: waist: 77 cm hips: 103 cm! I lost some fat! My hip dips are slightly less visible! I’d say just keep doing these excercises! though I’m moving on to different videos now :)

Tag 1: Geschafft aber das Ende war bisschen hart ❤️ Tag 2: Recovering (abs waren dran) Tag 3: geschafft, vor allem das Ende sehr viel besser durchgezogen als an Tag 1, hätte nicht gedacht, dass es so schnell geht mit Fortschritten, bin stolz auf mich 🥰 Tag 4: 300 donkey kicks & fupa challenge Tag 5: geschafft :) Tag 6: 300 donkey kicks Tag 7: geschafft Tag 8: abs & 2x 300 donkey kicks Tag 9: geschafft, Anfang mit Heavy resistance band Tag 10: abs und 309 donkey kicks Tag 11: geschafft alles außer fire hydrants mit heavy resistance band, so geschwitzt 🥵
