I’m about to start day 14, and I have grown half an inch! I’m definitely seeing more lift, and roundness to my glutes! Starting tomorrow, I will add low level resistance bands and start doing that for two more weeks! I will try my best to update you guys when I’m done, but I need someone to like my comment so I can find it and update everyone 😂. I did it with resistance bands for 2 more weeks and GUYSSSS I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! It worked me sooo hard and I saw such a huge difference! This is the best most effective glute workout I’ve ever done! I just wanna keep doing it!

I have done it over a month before switching to another Ivana’s butt workouts. Using resistance bands and eating Calories Surplus helped me a lot. Good luck and I am sure you will see great results 💕

Congratulations for the baby boy/girl🎉 I have done the 300 donkey kicks and my butt grew nearly 2 inches. I think it is best to focus on one for few weeks before making the workout more challenging.Give your muscles a rest as well.

Hey guys, I'm here to tell you somethings. 1. If you SERIOUSLY want to glow up then start exercising. Don't go under the comments to see if the workouts really work or not ... you have to at least try to do it. 2. It is obvious that after two weeks you will not be able to see a marked change because it takes at least a month to see results. (Then it depends from person to person) 3. Make your own schedule or try to follow someone expert's program, train consistently and never overdo it. Always drink lots of water every day and if you want, I recommend you drink 1 or 2 glass of water before lunch and dinner so you will eat little and feel full. For example, I trained for a month and I have to tell you that now I have a bubble and lift butt. There have been times when I had lost motivation .. but I didn't give up. I continued because I ABSOLUTELY wanted to have a glow up and to have more self-esteem 😂🤪💕 oh I have not followed any diet✨

I've done multiple booty workouts but, this one is the best so far. I always felt the burn and soreness on my thighs and ankles, with this one though I feel it on my glutes, I feel the burn on my glutes the day after instead of on my legs. I love this workout, really hits the muscle it's supposed to Update: I followed the schedule, today's the 7th or 8th day maybe. I did this with not much hope from the beginning but, my ass grew a whole inch. I didn't think this would give such results plus, I'm not sure I ate enough protein for my muscles to grow this fast. I took pictures of the first, third, and today. My ass is noticeably plumper and larger for me, I really am more motivated to do this. It's worth the effort I promise

I notice a noticeable difference in my butt after finishing this workout after two weeks! Can't find my other comment. Day 1: Did it, hurt a lot. did a daisy Keech ab workout and did another butt workout by @getfitbyiviana Day 2: Did it. about to do the ab workout. Pray for me, those Russian twists are deadly. Day 3: rest/break Day 4: Did it, doesn't hurt as much anymore, not sore from other workouts either. Did the ab workout too. Day 5 I got my period and my cramps were really bad I did not want to do it. I waited for cramps to stop hurting so much and did the workout! Props to me. Day 6: im doing it kate but im still doing it lol! i guess i technically hve to do it twice today lol Day 7: i did late again. i might not do it twice cuz i'm doing another butt workout daily. started like yesterday, dont worry im still doing this one. These workouts WILL work!! I’ve seen a huge difference. I did a month and decided to add ankle weights to the routine. It’s all about consistency! It can suck some days but tell yourself it’s only 10 mins out of your day and just do it! You got this!

This workout burns! If you're a beginner, you use this on its own the 2 weeks. Then, you could use it as a glute activation/warm-up followed by another workout of hers. Progressive overload at its finest!

This workout makes my glutes BURN like crazy! I did this workout for 2 weeks and I already see such a big difference. I love this workout so much and it works so well. @@lamia1715 what @Plum Witch said. For people who are starting out with a really flat butt, it takes a little longer. Make sure you are eating well and try talking a baca before a workout and then a protein shake after. Hope this helps!

My butt is so flat rn so Doing this workout with only one break for two weeks updating everyday remind me! Day 1 ✅burned a bit but no difference yet ofc Day 2 ✅Burned still no difference Day 3 ✅doesn’t burn as much as it did first two days but seeing a very tiny bit of a difference like VERY tiny Day 4 ✅starting to see a bigger difference my booty feels more lifted (little bit) Day 5 ❌Got my period and got the WORST CRAMPS EVERR I literally had to take a break today 😭 Day 6 ✅Feels good seeing more of a difference Day 7 ✅one week done only one left to do 😛 and I’m feeling good and my booty feels more lifted than it did before Day 8 ✅ feeling good and can DEFINITELY see a difference Day 9 ✅ Same as yesterdayy Day 10 ✅ didn't get that burning feeling Day 11 ✅ seeing a difference Day 12 ❌ absolutely exhausted I couldn't do it I'm so saddd Day 13 ❌ went somewhere and when i came back my legs gave up on me 🥲 Day 14: ✅ easy seeing very big results nd compliments ig i did get that bbl yall

This truly does work. Im not gonna say I had no butt, but it’s not much. I wanted to lift it and after 3 days of doing this there’s a big difference. I also do squats after it, started with 10 squats the first day and I’m incrementing by 10 as the days go.

I was always a fit girl, competitive lifter etc. 5 years in the gym. I got pregnant, kinda risky pregnancy, 0 activity, butt is still on the bigger side, but obviously much flatter than it was before. Tomorrow will be my first day doing this (5 months postpartum). My plan is 1st week no weights, no resistance band. 2nd week resistance band. 3rd week ankle weights + band. 4th week same as 3rd + deadlift and squats with weights. I'll write an update here every day for 28 days and every other rest day current hip measurements and what changed. Let's do it!!!💪🏻 Day 1: ✅ deff feeling the burn (added 3 sets deadlift and 3 sets Bulgarian split squat) Day 2: ✅ 😅 I think I'll walk like a penguin tomorrow 😂 (added 3 sets of sumo squats and 3 of hip thrust) Day 3: rest day I already love this workout. Don't get me wrong, there are many better workouts for glutes out there, but guys... For 10 minutes a day, 50 min a week this is more than amazing. Day 4: ✅ Still sore from first two days 😂 Day 5: ✅ I'm so excited to see results in a week 🙈 I took a pic before, I'll do my best to describe changes 😁 Day 6: ✅ I'm still dying on pulsing DK 😂 Day 7: rest day I feel kinda stronger glutes, but I don't think it's a visible change yet, nor I think it's possible to have visible change after 5 workout days. But I feel much stronger glutes and hope for visible results after maybe 2 more weeks 😁🤗 I recommend! Week 2 Day 8: ✅ Day 9:

@@defnotla1la I actually did just 2 weeks and decided to start my usual workout exercises. This challenge is fine, but for me the changes weren't so noticeable. It did activate my glutes a little, but visually I can't really say it did something. My suggestion is to do deadlifts, hip thrust, squats, split squats... 15 min a day, 5 days a week, I think it would make quite a difference in a month. 😁

Love Ivana’s videos. I usually watch 3 back to back to target different glute muscles according to my needs. They’re short and efficient so it makes it easy. I also add ankle weights for faster results, which I recommend.

remember this! 1. everyone's bod is different [imma skinny girl w/ fast metabolism] 2. take breaks and rest ur muscles 3. eat well, fast if you can...protein shakes help as well! 4. stick to one exercise person to follow, i used to change different workouts whenever i was recommended a 'faster option' but just stick w/ one if you want results! 5. do not give up, work until you get what you want. pain goes away but the butt doesn't :3

I’m going to be COMPLETELY HONEST.... I am definitely seeing results to the point where I am motivated to sometimes do it twice a day ! I APPROVE THIS MESSAGE. I have seen RESULTS. The key is to really focus and learn how to use the muscles your intending to grow. Don't just go through the motions. I did that the first few times. Ivana I’m so happy with the results , I’ve followed all ur exercises very religiously. I’ve been trying to grow my booty and I went to the gym for a month and did strength training but I saw very little results but then when I started following ur workouts , I got insane results , ur just lovey . Make sure to change up the routine after some time! The body gets used to often repeated moves. I suggest you to pick out another workout on youtube or put your own workout together and do it as motivated as you did this one. I promise you will see even more results ! :))

Trying to stay consistent :> Starting Date : 12/12/22 Day 1: Tbh my legs were hurting but when I took a shower and drank some water, I felt better ✅ Day 2: Believe it or not I felt energised after it lol, but my ankles were hurting me ✅ Day 3: Resting day ✅ Day 4 : Oh my god my butt cheeks are killing me!, On day three when i went on the road my mom said my butt looked bigger but she thought it was the clothes i was wearing lol. But i see a shape coming ✅ Day 5 : Girls , my butt cheeks and knees are hurting me! And progress on the butt its lifted but not big if u get me but i gotta trust the process

doing this for winter break!! day 1: burned a lot day 2: burned i little less day 3: was easy and didn’t burn day 4: BURNED BAD, seeing a little bit of results day 5: doesnt hurt that bad, seeing a little bit of lifting but it hasnt got bigger day 6: hurt bad but getting used to it not a lot has changed

@@laurengreaves11 the resut you see right after the session is instant result bc of your muscles contracting themselves. This is not representative of "constant result"...but you cannot see constant results instantly or in 2 days, you have to be consistent. So the person here is talking about real long-term results not about after exercises contractions.

I've been doing this workout for about a couple of weeks now and trust me ladies and gentlemen this absolutely works I paired it with other workouts (for abs and legs) and I already was in shape however I wanted to give this workout set atry and I happy that I did, now before you start working I'd mentions few things, first every body is different mine shows result super fast (any part of the body) so keep that in mind, also I drink a lot of water if you drink water just after workout it would help your muscle. Try it.

Honestly, I think the comments are over exaggerating so ima do it with resistance bands just to see if it's true. I've had decently big thighs but a flat ass so it's kinda an awkward fit whenever I put on jeans, especially with hip dips. If anyone sees this hope this helps in the future Before (hip measurements): 39.5 inches ✅ DAY 1: My ass is sore af, especially with the band. Was struggling with half of the workout lol ✅ DAY 2: The first half was easier than it was yesterday till I got to the pules lol. drinking a lot of water/tea and using weights too + did another workout from the same creator. ✅ DAY 3: BREAK, I didn't do much I did do low-intensive stuff tho like walking. A lot of the comments are saying they have been seeing "major" results after day 5 so far not too much trust ✅ DAY 4: PAIN. Worse than the first day plus used a heavier resistance band. Felt good after I was done tho ngl ✅ DAY 5: starting to see improvements, mainly when I'm in flattering jeans tho. I wouldn't say these are "major" changes but they definitely feel a lil more confident to wear jeans. Still flat af tho ✅ DAY 6: easier than the day before, same as always. Had spare time so I did another workout from the same creator ✅ DAY 7: BREAK, starting to see a lil more minor results (hip dips aren't as apparent, still there tho. slight lift???) idk if it's because of the clothing or because I actually grew but I'm trynna hold on till the 2 week. ✅ DAY 8: used lighter resistance band + did an additional workout from the same creator. ✅ DAY 9: same thing as day 8 just used heavier resistance band and did ab workout too lol ❌DAY 10: sadly the only day so far i didn't do cause i got busy with work + got lazy 🤑. I see minor improvements BUT not enough to the point of the thumbnail rn. Considering there are 4 more days left dont have too much trust. ✅ DAY 11: Had to force myself to get up ngl, did 2 additional workouts (from separate creators) to make up for day 10. ❌ DAY 12: got really late and yesterday did the same workout at 11:30, felt miserable the next day so I would rather just do it tmw. mb yall 🤑 ✅ DAY 13: went through the first minutes without ANY breaks which was amazing since I normally have to do a 5 sec break halfway per exercise. Ill be honest, I DEFINITELY see a difference, especially the backside but I wouldn't say it gave you that lift like in the thumbnail. It works well when you pair it with other workouts though, if i get comments asking ill link the ones I used. Because of the results im willing to do it for another 2 weeks lol. Keep in mind that everyones body is dif plus i didn't diet, changed my diet anyway during this. Final Measurements: 40.3 inches
