All this stuff can be set automatically. All you gotta do is drive into the square in the pitbox. I don't fool with hitting switches. This might upset some of you guys with 2,000 dollar wheels, but hey...I do not care.

I definitely did and I play on controller… I’ve only had the game for about a week (haven’t played any race games in about 10-15 years) and after watching a few videos and adjusting my settings, I am now able to compete in actual races. Although, I have zero Knowledge of the tracks so I have to make sure to practice run each one over and over again. But it’s actually become fun. Honestly, I’m sure it’s not as fun or “interactive” as a wheel is, but it still scratches that Racing Sim itch I’ve had for a while now! If you haven’t already, I say give it a try! If you need help with settings I’m more than happy to offer assistance

Sadly we don’t have a video specifically for that, but I would definitely recommend looking into organised league racing, or things like LFM, Simsport and Sim Grid. Plenty of things out there, main thing is to get on the internet, get on discord servers, and get chatting to people 😊 Glad you enjoyed the video, best of luck with your racing!

Hi I have a g29 with shifter trying to play acc on ps5. However, my g29 is not recognised in the preset of acc although I can drive with the wheel but the shifter and clutch does not work when I switch to manual. Can advise where I’ve done wrong? I had the same rig on gt7 and the wheels with shifter works perfectly fine, so the wheels and shifter is not faulty. Please enlighten me. Tks.

Hi, i desperately need some help with ACC on ps5. I cannot use my dualsense controller and my g29 wheel at the same time. It's either wheel or the Controller. If i turn on the Wheel the, controller doesn't work anymore and vise versa. Is it the same for everyone? My first time on ACC. ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

sadly the game is just made that way. you can only use one or the other at same time. not both like you can in GT Sport and so forth.

Everyone says this game has these amazing graphics, but am I the only one that feels like that couldn’t be further from the truth? It’s the jagged lines. It’s present in this video even! Is it something I’m just sensitive to? It’s not my computer. It’s not my settings. My game looks just like the gameplay shown in this video. I just don’t understand what I’m missing. Graphics aren’t important to me as my favorite game right now is RBR 😂. The jaggedness is so distracting..

I’m on Xbox series x and can’t see the start indicator on top! That’s a shame! And the game doesn’t allow me to start my first career race in Zolder , it literally stops my car saying my input will be blocked for 30 seconds, but then are only about 10 secs ?!

Hello! The indicator is for multiplayer specifically, that should have been clearer. Apologies! For Zolder, this is a glitch I have also experienced. We believe it’s the game thinking you are entering the pitlane, so it then locks your controls as if you are making a pitlane start. I presume you are on the right hand side of the grid? If so, try staying more to the left when you drive out of the last chicane on the formation lap. Hopefully that works, and more importantly, hopefully they have a fix for it soon!

Have you tried setting the steering in game to 900 so that it matches? That might be worth a shout as on pc when you do this, it then matches any car you are driving.

I got this and have put loads of time into it. Driving in cockpit feels great and that's the only thing I like about it. The whole concept is stupid. Coming first should mean you win, not in acc. Game explains nothing.

A lot of it comes down to cost, consoles are a more affordable option for many.

Lets just do a rough estimate of a PC vs. Console "sim rig". Driving peripherals + rig are even steven for everyone. A Solid PC with a single ultra wide monitor setup and a decent speaker set will run around $2500-3000 (including keyboard, mouse, swivel tray, maybe even a nice cam for streaming). PS5 = $399. Furthermore, consoles are extremely powerful now. I play ACC on PS5 with a really nice TV and it looks great. Lots of reasons to be on a console, and lots of reasons for devs like the guys behind iRacing to starting brining things to consoles in near future.

I can’t be bothered faffing about with a PC for gaming. Too much wasted time when things go wrong, consoles are plug and play and are better than many PC’s anyway. For me PC’s are for work, consoles are for play.
